Tasting Notes

Today’s beer is Memento, Siren’s take on a modern Best Bitter — a style rooted in British pub tradition, but here with a few gentle updates. Expect biscuit and caramel from the malts, grassy and herbal hop notes, and a crisp, refreshing bitterness. Cascade dry-hop adds a subtle citrus lift to the finish.

Appearance: Clear amber to copper with a soft, creamy off-white head. Classic Bitter presentation.
Aroma: Biscuit malt, light caramel, gentle floral and herbal hops, with a touch of citrus from Cascade.
Flavour: Smooth caramel and biscuit sweetness upfront, balanced by earthy English hop bitterness. The Cascade dry-hop brings bright notes of citrus peel that freshen the classic profile. Clean, balanced and incredibly drinkable.
Mouthfeel: Light-to-medium body with smooth carbonation. Refreshing, sessionable and crisp with a satisfying bitter finish.

A lovely nod to British pub culture — warming, familiar and perfect for a relaxed December evening.
